Nursing; A Personal Perspective.

                       

Ever since I was child I wanted to be nurse.  It was not until I came to New Zealand that I had the opportunity to complete my training.  Since then I have had the opportunity to nurse in a variety of situations.  While living in Macedonia during 1999, I spent two months in Turkey working for German Red Cross, in the ERU after the earthquake.  That experience was one that I will never forget. Some images are set out on this page.

During 1999, I was living in Macedonia, and had the opportunity to nurse for German Red Cross in the ERU Field hospital in Golcuk Turkey, in the aftermath of the earthquake.  These are a few images from there
